| Process Acupressure SOUL LIGHTING PA uses the Acupuncture Meridian formula and works on very specific points to realign the emotional and physical body. PA particularly focuses on past or future issues thast need to be addressed to become fully present and ease pain which may have manifested in the physical body . PA 'follows' rather than 'leads' a person's individual process. This allows Soul Guidance and Wisdom to guide the individual's life journey. PA helps healing, release of pain, a deep state of relaxation, empowerment and well being. PA SEVA RELEASE is a self help protocol which I have been teaching for many years.
